User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Magic Mirror, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Magic Mirror provides wardrobe management, outfit organization, image-based styling, AI-assisted generation or analysis, and related personal style tools. Some features may require an account, network access, permissions, or paid entitlements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when required for account or support purposes.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement or create security risks.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, wardrobe items, prompts, comments, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transform, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and use your content. Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates laws, exposes sensitive information without permission, or harms other people.

5. AI Features

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
• AI-generated styling, image, or wardrobe suggestions are for personal reference only.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated results before saving, sharing, or relying on them.
• Do not use AI features to create illegal, abusive, infringing, explicit, deceptive, or harmful content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws, regulations, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Uploading or sharing hateful, harassing, sexual, exploitative, violent, or illegal content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service.
• Using the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Circumventing payment, subscription, entitlement, or access controls.

7. Community Features

If community features are available, you must follow respectful conduct rules. We may review, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts that violate this agreement, platform rules, or applicable laws. Users may be able to report, block, or delete content where supported.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

iOS digital features and Pro entitlements, when available, are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple's terms and App Store processes.

Desktop software, physical goods, or other non-iOS offerings may be sold separately through our website or third-party checkout providers. Website purchases must not be used to bypass Apple In-App Purchase for iOS digital features.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with cloud hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, AI, storage, and app distribution providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet every expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated agreement.
